Olivier Wauters

Olivier has 10 years of experience in corporate services in Luxembourg and has an extensive experience in the set-up and management of SPV’s. He also acts as a board member in Luxembourg SPV’s for multinational groups. He worked several years for a large corporate services provider. He is now with Maprima, where he is assisting clients to set-up and manage corporate structures in the most efficient manner.

His educational background started with a bachelor in business administration and accounting, followed by a master in international finance, with focus on portfolio management.
