Fabio GASPERONI studied Business Administration and Law at Milan’s Bocconi University and Business Administration at Wits Business School. He has 12+ years of experience providing corporate and tax assistance to corporate clients. Before joining Maprima in 2013, he worked as a tax advisor at EY Luxembourg and at a large international corporate service provider in Luxembourg.
Fabio is partner at Maprima Luxembourg and heads the corporate governance and tax practice. He is also in charge of business development.
He is the lead partner for a number of multinational group clients, institutional investors, as well as various tech clients. His area of expertise lies in international tax, deal structuring, investment companies, estate planning and asset protection structures.
