Maprima provides all the expertise and hands-on support for the incorporation or establishment of  companies and foundations in the Netherlands, Luxembourg and Belgium.

Our services include :

• name verification of the envisaged company
• pre-incorporation intake session (free of charge)
• communications to fine-tune the articles of association of the company
• coordination between shareholder and civil law notary
• registration of the company with the local trade register
• registration of the UBOs with the UBO register
• registration of the company with the local tax authorities
• support for opening a bank account
• coordinating the setup of the company's tax and legal framework within the group

We can also offer support for the setup and management of group companies outside the Netherlands, Luxembourg and Belgium. This will be done in close cooperation with our partners in the various jurisdictions.
