Maprima can provide a business address and one or more directors, but we can also support your company with all kinds of legal, tax and administrative matters, such as :

• organizing shareholders' meetings, including preparation of the minutes hereof
• preparing shareholders' and board resolutions
• preparing powers of attorney in combination with the review of the transaction
• opening bank accounts and handling domestic and international payments
• complying with the reporting obligations towards tax and other authorities
• preparing loan and other agreements
• liaising with external advisors, auditors, lawyers and notaries

In addition to these corporate services, Maprima can also handle the bookkeeping and administration for your company, prepare interim financial reports, the annual accounts and the annual publication report, and prepare the annual corporate income tax return and periodic VAT returns.

We appreciate however that you may already have your own consultants who handle these matters for you. In that case, we will of course gladly cooperate with your advisors and assist them where necessary.
