Maprima assists foreign real estate investors

Investors typically team up with real estate brokers and property managers when making real estate investments. Usually the investor’s tax adviser performs the tax analysis for the structure (e.g. asset versus share deal) and suggests alternatives for an optimal funding structure.

However, before and (especially) after the closing date, many practical matters need to be dealt with locally. Examples are the incorporation of a company, financial reporting activities (e.g. bookkeeping, interim reporting, statutory reporting and tax compliance), coordination with lawyers in terms of contract review and other legal matters, handling the client company’s payment obligations, contact with tenants and/or property manager, etc.

Maprima has gained more than 15 years hands-on experience in this field and looks forward to assisting foreign investors who are considering to invest in real estate in the BeNeLux.
