Luxembourg UBO register :: initial filing deadline postponed

The Luxemburg Business Register authorities just pushed back the deadline for all registrations dues with the “Registre des Bénéficiaires Exécutifs” (RBE).

All Luxemburgish businesses are required by law to register with the RBE before the deadline, which was previously set on August 31^st.

According to the website Paperjam, only 39% of businesses were on time, so postponing the deadline until November 30^th will come as good news for a great many latecomers.

Not a reason to procrastinate though, November will be here before you know it !
